About the Speaker
How do you know whether your organisation is truly prepared when a serious incident occurs?
Stian Stenbek is Head of Security and Emergency Preparedness at Sikkerhetsledelse AS and has more than 25 years of experience in security, emergency preparedness, risk management and crisis management across the police, government and private sectors.
Through his work, he supports organisations with risk assessments, emergency preparedness planning, business continuity, personnel security and protective security measures.
Sikkerhetsledelse conducts approximately 50 emergency preparedness exercises each year for public- and private-sector organisations. This provides first-hand insight into the factors that create resilience and effective decision-making when a crisis occurs—as well as the weaknesses that often only become apparent under pressure.
In this webinar, Stian will share practical experience, actionable advice and proven methods for building organisational preparedness, strengthening critical functions and being better prepared when the unthinkable happens.
Drawing on experience from risk assessments, preparedness planning, exercises and real-world incidents, participants will gain insight into what actually needs to be in place to prevent, manage and recover from serious incidents.
