Norwegian defence companies strongly represented at Enforce Tac in Germany

More than 30 Norwegian defence and security companies participated in Enforce Tac, one of Europe’s largest meeting places for the defence industry. Through the Norwegian Defence Industry Pavilion, organised by NORDSEC - Nordic Defence and Security Cluster with support from Solid Ground represented by David Faller, the breadth and capabilities of Norwegian industry were showcased to the German and wider European market.

“It is impressive to see Norwegian industry demonstrate its strength in this market. Export and internationalisation are crucial for our members. Being able to bring them into Europe and witness the attention they receive is inspiring. The pavilion clearly demonstrated what Norway has to offer,” says Tevje Ravn Eggan, Cluster Manager at NORDSEC.

Strong Norwegian presence

Among the companies exhibiting at the pavilion was Oskar Pedersen AS, participating alongside partners and fellow cluster members.

“It was very positive to be part of the Norwegian pavilion. We showcased Norwegian technology to the entire European market and clearly demonstrated that we are at the forefront of what we offer to the defence sector. Joining us at Enforce Tac were Bergans of Norway, Alfa Outdoor, Antisink AS, TIG Norway, Barents Outdoor and HiDE Industry — and we stood together through the network NORDSEC provides. It is a major opportunity to present ourselves as a united Norwegian defence industry,” says Truls Oskar Pedersen, Managing Director of Oskar Pedersen AS.

Radionor Communications AS also experienced strong interest.

“It is an exciting market for us, and the exhibition gave us direct access to end users. We are proud to have stood alongside so many innovative Norwegian companies at the Norwegian Defence Industry Pavilion, organised by NORDSEC,” says Truls Skorpen, Business Development Director at Radionor Communications.

Ritek AS highlights both international outreach and internal networking:

“Enforce Tac is an arena that continues to evolve and grow — much like NORDSEC and the Norwegian pavilion itself. Here, we connected with international stakeholders while also strengthening relationships with other cluster members,” says Morten Minsaas, COO of Ritek.

Torbjørn Lundberg, Project Manager at NORDSEC, summarises the participation:

“The companies met potential customers and partners, and it has been very encouraging to see members also taking the opportunity to strengthen their networks internally at the pavilion.”

Official opening with ministry delegation

The Norwegian pavilion was also visited by a delegation from the Norwegian Ministry of Defence. Thor Vidar Indreeide, Assistant National Armaments Director, conducted the official opening of the pavilion. The delegation, which included Commander (Senior Grade) Arnt Wilhelm Reksten, took time to engage in discussions with the exhibiting companies.
