Keystones specialises in recruitment and consultancy services, connecting companies with professionals across engineering, technology, finance and HR. The company describes its approach as combining specialist expertise with industry experience and market knowledge.

Keystones' own website highlights recruitment and consultancy within finance, technology and HR, ranging from specialist positions to management roles. The company also provides consultants to meet temporary capacity and competence needs.

For Rune Levang, Head of Recruitment, Engineering at Keystones, the NORDSEC membership provides an opportunity to build closer relationships with companies and organisations working within defence, security and related technology sectors.

Keystones sees specialist recruitment and access to talent as areas where the company can contribute actively to the cluster.
